Comes gel-coated with flat black spray paint.  You can install as-is, like many owners do, or have it custom painted.  Clean look and a factory quality fit. Holds most 2-1/16" gauges.  NEW DESIGN uses factory style tabs and requires no velcro fastener strip or silicon to fasten.
