JET Street Challenger Converters are built for performance applications requiring a higher stall speed to work with aftermarket cams, heads, etc. Stall speed is increased 500 RPM to provide improved launch, smooth operation with larger cams and lower ET's. Higher stall speeds available by special order.
All JET Challenger series converters feature furnace brazed fins for extra strength, Kevlar clutches on lockup models, extra welds on hub assembly and complete computerized balancing.
